The age gate stores a simple “verified” flag in local storage on your device. It does not store a date of birth.

Enquiries

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older. A pre-order enquiry also collects the product, a size or set, an optional custom size, an optional message, and your consent to receive the details email. A collaboration or business enquiry collects your message. Consent to be emailed about that enquiry is optional.

We use that information to reply to your enquiry and, where you asked for it, to send product details and pre-order updates. A copy is sent to info@kinkmelbourne.com.au. Submissions are stored so an enquiry is not lost if email fails. We do not take payment through the form, and we do not sell personal information.

Every details email includes an opt-out link. You can also write to info@kinkmelbourne.com.au and ask to be removed. Opting out stops further details emails. It does not delete a message you already sent.

Complaints

Send a complaint to info@kinkmelbourne.com.au. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Overseas disclosure

Enquiry data is processed and stored by service providers that may be overseas, including Google Workspace for email and Netlify for website hosting (USA).
